I ordered food to go. When I got home I realized they forgot main parts of my order. Called them, and they admitted the error. But said they cannot do a partial refund unless I present my card in person (I live 30 min away, so round trip is an hour out of my night). I told them they could do a full refund since I had already driven back home. They refused. Even after explaining I was a long time customer. I was basically told, they don’t care, and was hung up on. They lost my business and my family’s. Sad to see this is how their treat their customers.
