I was pleasantly surprised by Chang's when we arrived just before dinner opening time at 4:40. Despite the long line forming by 5:00, we were seated quickly and enjoyed the fresh ingredients at the buffet, especially the non-frozen meat. The price was reasonable, and the ice cream at the end was a nice touch. I will definitely consider returning in the future.
