Took the family there last night. I ordered a 20oz ribeye steak. What I got was a flank/butt steak. I would have gotten a better steak at Sizzler. Lost a potential customer.

I've been goin' into Chan's for over 10 flippin' YEARS! DAMMIT! I am so disappointed in what I have gotten recently: (in the food dept.) last night! 4/4/'11! and the last couple of times, too! Over the last couple years! Compared to the times I've got GOOD stuff from their kitchen in the early 2K?
Ronnie, don't hold this against me, K? If you do have anything to be in the provocative? I will be back, K?

I used to go to Chans for their food ALLOT, have not been in almost a year,,, we went and had dinner there last night, I must say, I was VERY disappointed and it will be a LONG time before I go back. I ordered a TOP SIRLOIN steak,,, I received a T BONE.... when I brought this to the attention of the waitress she simply told me they would only charge me for the price of the Top Sirloin since the T Bone price is more expensive,.,,, oh what a great deal, so I get to pay for something I ordered but did not get,,,, I think the correct thing would have been at the VERY LEAST to cut my dinner price in HALF since I did not get what I ordered. The steak (nor the fried rice) had the flavor it used to have since the last time I was there... probably new cooks, anyways, its not the food I remembered and probably wont be back.... left VERY disappointed and still hungry.... I used to leave very happy with left overs for lunch the next day... but that was when I would get what I ordered.
