Flying Elephants at Fox Tower has become my favorite lunch stop thanks to their reliable, fresh mac and cheese and a great selection of soups, sandwiches, and desserts. The friendly staff keeps things moving quickly during busy hours, and I love that they offer tasty, convenient options along with a chill atmosphere and a nice variety of drinks.
