I had an unforgettable Sunday brunch at the Heathman Hotel lounge, surrounded by rich wood paneling and a cozy fireplace. The warm atmosphere was complemented by a talented jazz quartet that provided the perfect background for conversation while we enjoyed a delicious meal. From the exquisite Stinging Nettle Risotto to the attentive and friendly service, every detail made our experience feel special and memorable.

WARNING - BEWARE.....I am a Red Hatter who booked the Russian Christmas tea for 16 during the SUMMER. When I called to confirm they did NOT have the reservation. I was told they didn't take reservations that early - essentially calling me a liar. I 100% spoke to a lady twice and she went so far as to tell me I would have two tables of 6 and one table of 4. When I spoke to the Manager he was polite but could do nothing. Then I had to call all the ladies. Out of the 16 called 11 asked what the Heathman offered us for their mistake. When I told them nothing they were appalled.. We had been looking forward to this tea since last year when I was too late in making a reservation. For an establishment like the Heathman this was a disgrace so BEWARE...Can only wonder how many will not call to confirm and find out they don't have a reservation.
