This Japanese restaurant has been my go-to for over two decades, offering consistently fresh and delicious cuisine. The cozy atmosphere gives off a charming, hole-in-the-wall vibe that adds to the experience. The friendly couple who owns and operates the place ensures that every visit is met with warm service and tasty dishes.

Ichiban is my go to restaurant whenever I'm in Portland. Sushi Chef Yung always hits the mark with his delicious sushi /sashimi combo and meticulous attention to details. Resist the urge to go to one of those bright and shiny sushi places and come here instead. You won't regret it. They're at 13599 NW Cornell Rd off Hwy 26.
