While staying in downtown Portland, I found a pub-style restaurant with an inviting ambiance and attentive, knowledgeable staff who made great wine recommendations and provided excellent service. The menu catered well to both vegetarians and meat-eaters, featuring standout dishes like vegetarian pasta, steaks, French onion soup, and fresh oysters, all enjoyed alongside well-crafted cocktails in a welcoming atmosphere.

Had New Year's Eve Dinner 12-31-09 at Jake's Grill. . Wonderful food, excellent service a must for anyone who has never dined there before. If you are visiting Portland, Oregon..this should be on the top of your list to stop and eat. A very special place.
