I've been a regular at Khun Pic's for over two decades now, and the whole vibe here just screams Portland. One time back in '02, my partner and I ordered fried tofu and waited quite a while for our dishes to arrive, but the food was worth the wait. The husband-and-wife team who run the joint may need an extra hand, but that would change the unique charm of this place.
