I've always gone downtown to China town for our Cinese Food, after the best place in portland moved from downtown to SE Portland they changed and were Horrible. I found that Lung Fungs was pretty good and fresh, the main thing is that they are pretty clean which is a plus! Best dish to me is the MarFar Chicken with the Mongolian Beef-onions, Shrimp fried Rice is pretty good too, that what we stick with. Best that I could find lately.
