The experience at Ponderosa is generally enjoyable, featuring great live music and a welcoming atmosphere. While I have encountered some challenges with a particular server, the majority of the staff, especially Kristen, have been fantastic and attentive. The food is delicious, the drinks are reasonably priced, and the vibrant crowd makes for an entertaining night out.
