Bally's Chinese restaurant in Wilmington impressed me with its authentic flavors and quality. Despite only trying the chicken wings and fries, I can confidently say it's the best Chinese food I've had in the area. The staff is courteous, and even though there may be occasional mistakes, they always make it right with excellent service. I look forward to indulging in their delicious dishes again.
