If I could give zero stars I 1000% would. Food was ok. Other than them messing up the order.
No wait. Not that busy until AFTER we came and sat down and waited for a while. And we also stated we wanted split checks prior to them coming.
Part 1: waited 25 minutes to order.
Part 2: waited over an hour for our food to come out.
2a: boyfriend ordered salmon, mentioned something and the woman said "oh I wrote down flounder.".... that doesn make it ok. He elected to eat it and not wait another hour for food to be replaced.
Part 2 b: two meals came with chips and these same people had added an additional side.. neither got their chips..
Part 3: bill came sent payment back, woman TOOK my friends change for tip without asking. When I asked her about it, she played stupid. "Oh I didn't bring it back?" When she brought all the others back.

My two daughters and I had lunch for the first time at Blue Water Grill, and did we ever have a great time!
The food was exceptional, and prices were quite fair. I enjoyed their mussels in wine and butter sauce, and a small spinach salad. I have to say, I also enjoyed a delicious bloody mary, probably the best one I have ever had. My daughters enjoyed huge, fabulous burgers along with delicious hot french fries.
But to top it all off was the outstanding service. Alvin, our waiter, has a contagiously upbeat personality, and that is what contributed to our fun! He is one in a million, and I believe one of my daughters let him know that! We shall return, and make sure that Alvin is our charismatic waiter.

6 adults went for dinner. Complained to wait staff that our martinis and Manhattans were weak. She curtly admitted that all mixed drrinks are watered down unless you request top shelf. No apology or comp from manager. Go to the Pint.

We have been a regular for 3 to 4 years. However, since the reopening we have dined there 3 times, and we are out! Have not had a meal without complaint, food has been disappointing, tastes like it is out of the can, even the bread even seems like it came out of a tube. Also the service is slow which was a big plus in the past. Blue Water had been our favorite place in the Millsboro area, now there are other restaurants in Millsboro which we now prefer.

My husband and I had dinner at the bar at the Blue Water Grill and we were delighted. Good beers, friendly staff and amazing food. My husband is from New England and said that the seafood was the best he has ever had anywhere. We can't wait until our family comes to visit so they can experience this great place for dining. We will be back!

We live part time in Lewes and part time in DC. You would be hard pressed to find such a wonderful restaurant anywhere in either place. I love mussels and Blue Water Grill does them just right with a light garlic wine sauce and good French bread on the side. They are amazing and I order them almost every time! My husband and I have eaten there at least once every two weeks (sometimes more) this past spring and summer. We feel lucky to have such a great restaurant with everything: great food, great service, and a great atmosphere without the beach crowds. Blue Water Grill is our new favorite restaurant - and I suspect it will be a favorite for a long time to come.

Great food & service. We are there at least once a month. Richard is the best server. The prices are reasonable and the portions are perfect. It's got a cute atmosphere inside. Good lunch and dinner specials, too. We really like the salads and the gorgonzola encrusted grouper. Yum.

Don't waste your time or money with this place. Drive 20 minutes to the beach if seafood is what you want.

good food and decent prices. great crabcakes and salads. good lunch specials, too. richard the waiter is professional and accomodating. we really like this place and eat there at least once a month. nice atmosphere in downtown millsboro.

Been going since they opened. Have NEVER been disappointed. Ask to be seated in Richard's section, great service and atmosphere.
