As a Sicilian woman living in Delaware, I was searching for authentic Italian sandwiches and found an Italian Hero that was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that even required a fork. The cozy, family-owned shop has friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in, and their cheesesteaks, subs, and breakfast sandwiches are consistently flavorful and satisfying. After several visits trying different menu items, I can say the quality and care put into each sandwich really stand out, and I'll definitely be returning whenever I'm in town.
