My husband and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary at a hotel nearby and decided to try out Roman's Pizza for dinner. The young lady at the restaurant warmly welcomed us and took our order for cheesesteak, chicken, fries, and cake. While I wished my steak had ketchup, I enjoyed the meal overall and will definitely return for the good food, fair prices, and friendly service.

I placed an order at the Bear location and it was probably the worse service I have ever received. Ordered the Jumbo shrimp platter that apparently only comes with 5 shrimp. When we called to voice our displeasure the Manager decided to argue with us and tell us how he has been in bueinsss for 5 years and we basically didnt know what we were talking about. Not only that but the order wasnt complete and had to call back again for the order to be completed. Not ONCE did the manager offer an apology or offer to make us happy after I spent MY MONEY! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER ITEM FROM THEM!
