It is the middle of the Coronavirus regulations and I just ordered 2 pizzas for pickup. When I went in to get them, I could see right back in to the kitchen and could see that the main cook was not wearing any protection over his mouth and nose, and one of the other workers covered only his mouth, not his nose. When I asked about it, I was told that the one said that his mask kept slipping down and when the counter person told the main cook that I was concerned, he just laughed. Then the "free" soup special was left out of the order as well. I can live with them forgetting the soup, but the masks? It's not just the law, it's just not right. We threw the food out. They will never see us again.

Went there to night had Shrimp Basket and the breading on the shrimp was so hard that I couldn't break it off with my hands. Used to have good food but not any more. We use to go there every Saturday night not any more. It is horriable any more. They really need a good cook in there and get rid of the bums they have.

Waitress was very friendly and their Italian food was yummy! They're open late on Sundays to which made us happy cause we didn't think anything would be open past ten in Dover on a Sunday. Plus, they deliver!

First when I called to order wings, the person was not very friendly or informative about what I want, I had to dig the info out of her. I went to pick up my order of wings, which I never had from here before, brought them home and they were the worst wings I ever had. They were so tough and didn't taste good at all and ended up throwing most of them in the trash. I will never go or buy anything from bBetsy Ross again.
