Used to be a good place for takeout. Now we get wrong orders, put on hold and call back after waiting on hold for 10 minutes and order then taken right away. Burnt mozzarella sticks, sometimes with no cheese left in them. Can't they see what they're giving you. Should I have to examine my food before I leave? We've been customers for 14 years. My neighbor won't eat there. She goes to the Seaford location.

On 3/6/15 I called an order in at 4:20 to pick up at 5:00. Arrived and paid but order not ready, this was two club sandwiches that come with fries. I noticed while I was waiting two white boxes under the heat light. 30 minutes later my order is done. Amanda running the front counter went to the back and brought out the sandwiches and the two white boxes that had been under the light were my fries. At least the french fry cook was on the ball. Lot of goofing off in the back, waitresses seemed to be in la la land, the ones coming in and out for food. I saw a lot of food sitting under the lights and of course they had to wait for other food. I also had the pleasure while waiting to listen to someone playing the pin ball machines and nascar. The front staff working the take out counter had to deal with customers and answer the phones. The goof off's I saw in the back should of been answering the phone taking orders. While my boyfriend waited for me outside he witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot. Never, will I eat at Laurel Pizza King again. I witnessed no management skills or professionalism out of anyone.

I not only wrote a bad review, I sent an email which I have had no response to yet. I can see the future of this restaurant---Out of Business!! I should buy this business, anyone willing to become partners and make this place work? And what is this question below stating, I'm not a robot, then someone's house number comes up for verification that I am not a robot?-----are you kidding me!!!!

I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE LOWER IF I COULD! I live 2 blocks away and eat breakfast there every Saturday and Sunday, For the last 3 months or so they have not gotten 1 order right. I asked to talk to the manager. After 25 minutes still a no show the poor waitress was completely embarrassed that the manager did not show. I finally left The waitress did remove my meal which was cold when it got to the table along with the other 3 meals ordered. I call the regional manager a guy named Doug that was an effort in futility since all he did was make excuses for the manager who was also the cook Becky. This of course only makes the situation worse since she was the one who couldn't get the order right in the first place! I guess no matter who I talked to it would have done no good. At least that is the impression Doug gave me. Eat there at your own risk just don't expect to get what you ordered.
