I ordered 2 Chicken Cheese Steaks, I asked for my sweet peppers to be cooked into the steaks... wrong suggestion...the peppers were burned, ordered a small fry with salt & pepper they put half of the pepper shaker on the fries, and they were not freshly cooked...the worst place to eat...very DISAPPOINTED.

They slow as hell and greasy

Fried chicken was overcooked and hard. Seafood combo was also disappointing. Side coleslaw was in a tiny cup (which I thought was tartar sauce). Very disappointed. Fries were soggy and limp. Delivery took 75 minutes. You folks need to step up your game. I will not be ordering from you until things improve.

We went to Gordons on Dec 1, order a small Italian, one small turkey hoagies, a cheese steak and 10 wings. It took about 45 minutes. That is totally unacceptable. We were the only ones in there. There were two people in there working. Then other patrons came in. I just don't understand why an order would take that long. Like I said we were the only patrons in there. THEN, when I get home (I've been craving a Italian hoagie BAD!!), I'm ready to eat the hoagie and was past unhappy. There was very, and I mean very little meat. They ran out of provolone cheese and when I bit into it the only thing I could taste was the American cheese. The onions that were on there was HUGE. Come on Gordons, get it right or I'm out!!!

I just started working in New Castle, within delivery range of Gordons... their portions are out of control (a 14" long calzone for $6.95) and the food is great. I have yet to be in the building, so by defualt I gave them a 10.
