The food was satisfactory overall, but I was disappointed by the size of the chicken wings for the price. The delivery driver did not follow proper etiquette by leaving the food on the porch without alerting me. Considering my next order, I may opt for pickup instead of delivery for a more reliable experience.

And the reviewer who complained ought to know what they want before they call in to place an order! How hard is it? Do you have to ask questions at the McDonald's drive thru to? HELLOOO its a chinese joint - all the dishes are pretty much the same from place to place!

Avoid this restaurant. We were just asking what chicken items they have on their menu over the phone for a delivery order. The lady on the phone just put us on hold and started taking orders for 2 other people. When asked why she did that, she said" I don't have time and I have lot many phone in front of me"...."I can't read of the menu about what items we have on Chicken entres."...."do you want to order or not...?"

This is the rudest service I have ever received in my life....I wouldrather go to the Chinese restaurant, next door, in the Concord mall. Food is really good and people are really nice...
