Ordered a cone for my kid and was told " I put it in a cup because it was messy." And was handed to me. Not what I asked for.
It was melted hence the mess! Melted slop while it was still being handed to me! No surprise as the store was roasting and was hotter inside than outside. In the 4 steps it took to reach the door, it was thin pudding and a cone was out of the question. Complete mess, disaster and disappointing waste. Impossible. It's summer and and an ice cream shop...turn your ac on! If someone orders something and it's destroyed don't hand them something else! Go back, try again and fix the problem! Used to be good here. Eternal pass on this.
