The supermarket is generally reliable and convenient for my needs in Bristol, although there is room for improvement in terms of friendliness and selection. Despite these drawbacks, it adequately meets my requirements as someone who primarily consumes organic and gluten-free products. It's advisable to be comfortable with using self-checkout, as there is usually only one human cashier available, although the process is typically efficient. The cleanliness and organization of the store, along with the helpfulness of staff like Zachariah in the seafood department, contribute to a positive shopping experience.
