Ordered thru Bring Me My Food. Payed with PayPal. $46.69. When I received my food I was missing an order of spring rolls and instead of Lo Mein I got Beef Fried Rice.I called Fen's Express owner answered the phone and I explained my reason for calling. She told me that the order was made thru a third party and kept repeating the same thing. I tried to explain that It would make me happy for them just to replace the $7.00 Lo Mein. For the sake of $7.00 she would not care if I stayed a customer or not and was very rude. The food I ordered was good but I did not care for the fried rice as it was very plain with hardly no taste to me. Will let my friends and family know my experience. Be aware that when ordering from a 3rd party that the person telling and the person receiving your order gets it right. If I was the owner for the sake of an order of Lo Mein I would of made it right rather than lose a customer.
