Sugar shack near chesterfield town center mall.
Worse place ever. When I arrived they told me 10 to 15 minute tops for a dozen donuts. Then they asked for a tip. I thought okay times are tough why not. Told the lady ill shop at sheets and be back in 15 minutes. I actually came back in 20 minutes and park and called them to update them. 40 minutes later I call and ask where the donuts. I was inform if I didn't want them I could just leave which I inform them I paid for it why then could I not get a refund. So the lady comes out and I ask if they just forgot my order. She said no and it takes time to bake. I told her I think your B.S. me but that's fine. She then said I can have a refund and leave. I ask for a receipt for proof and she said I can just pull up front. I said thank you and pull up. The manager comes out and demands I apologize for harassing staff. I said no and he throw a box of donuts in my car and demands I leave. I said I will when I get my refund. He calls the cops and then bans me. I'm fine never coming back but he stole money from me! I email him to see if he will refund me then he threatens me with a restraint order if I post any review about what happens. He's a theif. Don't go there!
