The fried chicken here is absolutely the best I've ever tasted, and the variety of homemade soul food options like the carrot soufflí© and smothered pork chops are consistently delicious and fresh. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making sure every order is perfect and offering great suggestions if you're unsure what to try. With clean and organized surroundings, excellent customer service, and flavorful dishes that remind me of home, this restaurant has become my go-to for hearty, satisfying meals.

The fried chicken at Mr. B's is truly exceptional, with a unique flavor that keeps me coming back for more. I do hope they consider bringing back indoor seating in the future, as the food is simply delicious. Whenever I'm in the area, I make sure to stop by Mr. B's for a taste of their perfectly fried fish and soulful menu offerings.

They must have a new cook because I got a replacement order of chicken and it was as bad as the first one. Very dark, dry. And my husband ate one piece and was sick all night. You could tell it was not cooked in fresh oil. I'm sorry to say we will not get food from there no time soon. Hope they get back to being very good again.

Having come from a northern UK family I was raised on liver, onions, mashed potatoes and greens all drenched in gravy. Thank you Mr. B for making me feel homesick - yours was perfect. I can't wait for the next feast!

Love, love, love Mr. B's! Food is always excellent, "down home" cooking. Desserts are reasonably priced and delicious! The staff works hard to serve and please their customers. They usually are packed with no room for more, and with a line of people taking out dinners. This is all handled as efficiently as humanly possible. Thank you. I've been to this place over a dozen times always great service and food has been amazing every time ..don't read negative reviews and miss out on this place. Some people don't appreciate home cooked meals and sides ..they ran out of sides because they are made fresh everyday and takes hours to cook not microwave sides like some of these idiots on here are used to

First and foremost I almost never submit a rating unless it is positive. I always support small businesses first BUT, Mr B's is a big disappointment! Yesterday was my third attempt at dining with them and for the third time I was disappointed. I called in an order 1. 3 sides for $5 cabbage and double carrot souffle, 2. Club with mac and cheese. I ran an errand and then went to pick up my order (30 mins so they had plenty of time to fix more if when I called in the order they were running low). They ran out of carrot souffle. So I drove all the way from one side of town for nothing, a waist of time. The last two times I came there they had multiple items listed on the menu that were not available. Why, if you are running low on items not start cooking more ahead of time? This establishment is not well run. I asked the lady that took my order if they had carrot souffle before I placed my order, she checked and came back and told me "yes"! I guess it's my fault for giving them another chance. If you decide to give it a try be sure to ask them either "what they are you willing to give you today? or for there new "few select items available" menu." I bet you there will be items on their menu that are not available. They need to get it together, they've gotten comfortable - TYPICAL!

The staff was not friendly no one spoke to us. Our waitress never checked on us. I hate that because I am a big water drinker and my water was empty before my mail got there and had to call her over to get more water.I had meatloaf, mashed potatoes, black-eyed peas and cabbage, cabbage and black-eyed peas were good BUT the mashed potatoes we definitely instant and no flavor what so ever -yuck. The meatloaf was horrible, and it was made out of some kind of STRANG meat ... maybe it wasn't even meat😳 🤢I literally took one bite of both pushed to the side and the waitress never asked if something was wrong or if she could get me something else. Very saddened by this experience won't do that again.
