From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their friendliness and efficiency, especially Roy, who went above and beyond to make my drink experience perfect despite my indecisiveness. The room was spotless, spacious, and featured a stunning view of Richmond at night, complemented by comfortable bedding and lovely toiletries. With its excellent location near the train station and local attractions, combined with attentive service and great dining options, this hotel made my stay truly enjoyable and memorable.
