08/10/2021 - Disappointed in Panera
I placed an order online in early June. It came very late and 2 sandwiches were missing from the order.. Turns out that one employee called me twice but my phone was not getting reception.
When the order finally came in, 2 sandwiches were missing, as I mentioned before, but the bill showed that I was charged for those sandwiches.. I have been trying to reach corporate and an employee said that she was sorry and that they will give me $20 for my trouble. In order for me to get back the money, that was charged, I might have to wait up to 30 days.
I tried keeping in touch with them several times since, but no one responded.. I'm very very disappointed in how they handle their business, and their communication skills leave something to be desired
I might want to add that I NEVER got the money credited back to my account, nor did I even get the $20 bonus for "waiting patiently."
A friend of mine told me that she always has something go wrong at her local Panera. I will not recommend this restaurant again to anyone.
