Great spot for morning coffee, breakfast stuff and great sandwiches. Outdoor seating in the forest. Easy parking.

So once again I will be reposting this the owner is a shady woman who cares nothing about the business that she runs or the employees that she has working for her.
Why do I say this because she makes sure that her employees only work 4 days a week less than 24 hours a week and basically want somebody there so she can be at home doing her Discovery Channel instead of running a business like it should be run. The only thing that is made in house there is the cinnamon rolls the Pecan rolls the muffins and maybe the cake Other than that everything else is bought through a distribution company brought in frozen, her so called fresh bread Is not fresh and is brought in already made and frozen all they do is throw it in the oven warm it up and serve it and say it's fresh bread when it's not. And don't forget Costco's famous beggles that she buys and up the price onto her cell and the croissants that she has delivered pre made frozen that she lives on a rack to defrost and then puts him out. The cakes that she makes there and we're charges a ridiculous price for is all made from Box pillsbury cake mix and frosting she just adds some fresh fruit on top and some powdered sugar and then charges whatever it is if she may charge. Now seeing this 1st hand she actually will say a ridiculous price either get the person to not want the cake or that the person wants the cake bad enough that they'll pay whatever it is that she says when they can go and get the same kind of cake from stater brothers at a very much more reasonable price . She's also very unprofessional in having wine delivered to the bakery during the day and mid afternoon so she can drink wine while the establishment is open for business. I get that she's the owner and it's her business but I don't think it's professional drinking while working no matter who you are I've worked many places and never have I had a boss drink while the establishment was open. When putting the add out for new hires she promises a sign on bonus let me tell you right now .... WRONG, she says that to give the incentives that way people will end up applying she tells one person that after 90 days they'll get the bonus then she tells another 1 that they get it after 30 days inconsistent.
So if you would like a job where your boss only does the bare minimum and even less than what the employees do. Promises advancement in the workplace and salary but never follows through on it and not only ghost customers but her employees as well when they are told that they will be having hours she throws them a bone and then she doesn't text anything back I have to say this is the most unprofessional Person I have ever worked for. And I've worked for some pretty interesting people And a lot of them were in LA at the Beverly Hills beverly Hilton movie stars and then some. But honestly if you want a job that promises advancement and never follows through with it you work you're butt off to try and impress the boss and don't get any recognition for it or compensation for it and not only that but sweating your butt off in the kitchen because she gripes and complains about having the swamp cooler on when she wants her employees to be comfortable don't believe anything that comes from here find another spot.
