MANAGERS HOLD ONTO TIPS. THEY DO NOT GO TO EMPLOYEES. The managers do not allow employees to keep their tips. I had one of my family members work for them and when they tried to inform the customers that their tip was going to the managers, they were promptly let go the next day THROUGH TEXT. This is unbelievably gross and unfair. The managers are committing wage theft and have just performed a wrongful termination on my family member. Please consider reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Employees should NOT be treated like this at all. Not just because it is unfair, but it is also illegal.
