05/24/2020 - Zack
I was told the lobby was open and I could order inside to avoid the long wait at the drive through window, but they failed to tell me masks were not required. When I walked inside the lobby i saw few people with no masks on. I asked to speak to a manager, who himself was in defiance of Riverside county guide lines because he had a mask on that was covering his mouth only but not his nose. When I explained to him that the purpose of the mask was to protect other people around, he responded by saying he was not going to turn down anyone one because they are not wearing masks. What the manager of that location failed to understand is that the inside of the lobby is near where food is being prepared and a sneeze or a cough by someone not wearing a mask could get germs on food bought by innocent costumers who put in their faith in this great organization. Apparently IN-N-OUT burger is taking a different approach when it comes to the safety of their food. The manager of that location could have been contaminating every thing that was prepared in that kitchen by not covering his nose and thought not turning down four customers for not wearing masks was good business practice. Shame on you IN-N-OUT burger. CHICK-FIL-A would never do that.
