After dinner, we stopped by this charming ice cream shop in downtown La Quinta and were blown away by the unique flavors and creamy texture. Watching the ice cream being made with liquid nitrogen was such a fun experience, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. I tried the banana lavender flavor, which was surprisingly balanced and refreshing, and every bite felt like a special treat worth every penny.
