I was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff, the cozy yet classy atmosphere, and the festive vibe that still allowed for easy conversation. Although the service and ambiance were fantastic, the food fell short of expectations, especially for someone familiar with authentic Italian cuisine, as the flavors were surprisingly bland and didn't capture the traditional tastes I hoped for.
