During my recent visit to California, I embarked on a journey to Coachella in search of the most delectable taquitos I've ever tasted. These taquitos were a sinful indulgence - crispy, smothered in gooey cheese and a heavenly guacamole sauce that begged for a side of fries to mop up every last drop. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was met with a sight as heartbreaking as a shattered childhood illusion, as Taco Mark was inexplicably closed, leaving me to question the very fabric of my existence and the true purpose of my gastronomic pursuits.

Always get the cheese enchilada plate that I have gotten many times before. Lately, it has come with onions, so I ordered it without onions and with red sauce. I got home and it had a pico mix and sour cream, with an extra green sauce???.
Took it back and when it was replaced it had no sauce and was burnt on the bottom. It was bad, but since I live in La Quinta and didn't want to drive clear back to Coachella, I threw it out here and ate something at home, Don't know if it was a new cook or what, but the receipt was right, or if there isn't a set recipe for each dish, but maybe this cook needs retained.
