Not just another fast food stop. It felt late in the evening already. I was exhausted from a long, hectic day. I was starving. The drive thru line wasn't too long. Seemed to move quickly. My food was hot, fresh, delicious. The day wore me down. The lady taking my order was patient. Kind. She could tell I was struggling with my emotions. Holidays. She didn't pry. She listened. She offered nice words. It's nice to know Wendy's employs caring staff. Thank you Diane. Thank you Wendy's for caring customer service with a smile (much needed).
