Got home realized I was missing a $14+ burrito & sauces that were on order. Tacos were pitiful don't bother. Go to Taco Bell instead cheaper & you get what you ordered. Would've chose zero stars but app wouldn't let me do 1 is what they get.

It was so slow. I placed an online order and it told me to be there at 7:25. I arrived and still had to wait an additional 40 minutes. They had one person working the line and everyone else just watching her and talking with each other. Then they started shouting at each other in front of the customers about someone calling some else a bad name. I used to work in a kitchen and I am shocked at how unprofessional the staff was. No sense of urgency or care for their work or the customers. They had at least 10 items on the line without any of them being finished because the manager walked away for 5 minutes. One of those orders was mine. When I finally got my order it was entirely wrong. I took one bite and it was disgusting. It was cold from sitting out on the line and it was smothered in queso and it had chicken instead of steak. It was also missing all my toppings.
I love Moe's, I used to go once a week and I was excited when I moved here that I was so close to one. Don't be fooled by what it looks like this place isn't a Moe's.
