Omg!!! Phe-no-men-al!!!

I stopped by the restaurant about 2 weeks during the time that they were closed between lunch and dinner. The owner greeted me at the door with a smile to let me know they would be open for dinner. I asked for a menu to take home. The owner walked out to her car to get a menu for me.

2 weeks later I grabbed the menu and called to place a carry out order. The young lady that I spoke to provided me with OUTSTANDING customer service. She took the time to describe the ingredients in the dish that I ordered (Lamb Chops on Garlic Naan), asked about beverages and dessert to assure that I was taken care of. She asked that I allow 15 minutes before picking up my order.

I walked in the door at exactly 15 minutes and was greeted as though I was a regular customer (which I am now). Lots of smiles, the young lady that I spoke with over the phone recognized who I was when I walked though the door. She took the time to show me my order to make sure that I was satisfied. The owner also came up to the front to greet me and let me know that rest of my order was being packaged. I was also asked to sample the Carrot Hatwa, which was AMAZING!!!

My entire meal was PHENOMENAL, and the RICE -PERRRRRFECT! If you're looking for 100% Halal prepared meals, topped off with some of the absolute BEST customer service I've ever received in the Roanoke-Salem area, KJ's Grill and Kabab House should DEFINITELY be on your AUTHENTIC restaurants, and make it SOON!

KJ's Grill and Kabab House will be one of my favorite restaurants to visit... I cannot wait to try the CURRY CHICKEN this weekend!!!
