Since moving to Virginia, I've been searching for authentic tacos reminiscent of those from Southern California, and I found what I was looking for at Exquisitos, a former Italian restaurant now serving Mexican cuisine. Their Mexicano Tacos, made with corn tortillas, carnitas, and topped with cilantro and onions, along with a salsa bar and quick service, have made this my favorite spot for satisfying my cravings.
