Driving through town, I grabbed a quick meal that surprised me with its generous portions and flavorful, vinegar-based pulled pork complemented perfectly by tangy sauces. Though the ribs were a bit drier than I hoped this time, the attentive service and vibrant atmosphere made it easy to overlook, and I'm already planning my next stop here.
