Last Sunday 2/ 9/2020 at 4:45 pm, I went into the restaurant with my family (young grand-babies). I made a RESERVATION over the phone and was looking forward to spending time and contributing to our local restaurants. That did not happen. As the server approached me, she was short, cranky, and completely rude. We were sent away stating, "We can't accommodate you," I observed several tables open at that time. The server could not even give us the time of day, along with the owner. I have worked for Bernard's Grove house for over 23 years, and if you know me, you know I take much pride in professional service and treating customers with great respect. I am completely taken back by the lack of customer service that happened that day, and I am very disappointed and hurt. In this crazy world when you just want to embrace your family over a Sunday meal and something like this happens...Shame on Forest Hill...
