I have driven past West Winds many times without stopping, but I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and delicious breakfast options. The Garbage Plate Omelette is a must-try for Garbage Plate enthusiasts - it's hearty, generously portioned, and the coffee keeps flowing. While it may not be a fancy dining experience, the consistent Rochester-style breakfast and solid catering make it a worthwhile choice for a satisfying meal.
