no one knew the heimlich and service was horrible

On June 29 2015 my high school class from Kendall had our 55th class reunion. We were looking for a place that could take care of a group of 24. Several of the class had eaten at the Eatery, and highly recommended it.
I visited the restaurant about 3 weeks before the event. Steve was a warm, friendly person easy to talk to.
He said that they would be able to take care of us, and reserved his banquet room. I called the week before and gave him the approximant count.
The food was great as was the service. After we had been served, Steve came in the see if everything was to our satisfaction. He came back just as were leaving and thanked us for our business.
