My husband and I went to Chili's for lunch. We met there and was seated fairly quickly. Then we waited, for appetizers and orders, which took forever. Our drinks went empty, while two waitresses just chatted without servicing the customers. my husband is very patient and said let's wait???Why!!! there conversation is clearly not work related and I have to wait for them to finish!? Finally the food comes and it's horrible, undercooked. Had a manager come over and he apologized. Ok nice, but as a manager, manage your staff, so customers don't feel like they are the bother, and it wasn't busy for the delays.
