I have noticed significant improvements in seeking assistance by reaching out to the Union rep whenever I encounter issues or need support. The Union rep has consistently provided helpful guidance and assistance whenever challenges arise. Their proactive approach includes visiting the work site and engaging with management to address and resolve concerns effectively. Marty and Jerry, as dedicated problem solvers, prioritize the well-being of their members, making them invaluable assets to BCTGM.
