The 16th Street location by the freeway exit has limited parking and a small kiosk ordering system, which can slow things down when some customers aren't ready to order, but the staff is friendly and remembers regulars' preferences, making the drinks consistently delicious and well-crafted. Their tea flavors, especially the classic rose roasted oolong and grass jelly milk tea, stand out with authentic taste, and the food like popcorn chicken and fried tofu pairs perfectly, even if prices are a bit higher than other spots around Sacramento.
