I tried out this food truck after hearing good things from a coworker, and I was pleasantly surprised by the flavorful jambalaya with shrimp. The portion was generous and packed with a nice spicy kick, making me eager to sample their po boys next time they swing by CalPERS - can't wait for more of their super yummy dishes!
