Never have I had food as bad as I received from Pho Dynasty. EVER!
The pot stickers were filled with some kind of concoction tasting like some kind of ground beef mixed with God only knows what kind of tasteless Filler. The Mongolian beef was wonderful so long as one enjoys a plate full of nothing but sauteed onions and very mild chillies. The Chow mein was unlike any I have seen or tasted in my life. I am having difficulty finding words to describe what it resembled. It was like they had marinated the noodles and pork together in some kind of tasteless (literally) substance, heated it up and served it. The pork was mushy, like beef when allowed to sit too long in a baking soda based tenderizer. Horrible!!!!
I would have been better off simply taking $60.00 and flushing it down the toilet.
This place has very good reviews, and I have had friends give it glowing recommendations. I do not want to speculate as to what happened tonight. I am publicly reviewing this place only because when I called to voice my concerns I was dismissed as someone who couldn't afford their prices and wanted a refund. Far from it. I did not ask nor had I thought about getting any kind of compensation for what they gave me tonight. I do not do that.
This being said, I simply am pissed off because I had no supper tonight and then was dismissed as a grubber by the Jack -ss answering their phone.
Worst generic Asian food in the greater Sacramento region! Don't go there!

Going there for years and the food is delicious. Can’t wait for them to open for indoor dining again.. I drive 25 miles since retirement to get the take out and the wonderful smell of the food is very distracting:)

Have been going here since they opened and it is the BEST! The rolls are so good, the Hong Kong noodles my favorite along with the pork or chicken Bun. Getting two meals takeout for myself today so I can enjoy dinner n lunch tomorrow!
