Vallejo's serves up authentic Mexican flavors with generous portions that keep me coming back time and time again-Al pastor enchiladas are my personal favorite, tender and bursting with sauce I could practically sip. The staff treats you like family, always attentive and cheerful, making even large groups feel right at home while keeping drinks flowing and tables comfy in their newly expanded dining area. Sure, the salsa packs a fiery punch that tests my spice tolerance, but honestly, that's just part of the delicious adventure here.
