This BBQ spot is a reliable choice when I'm craving some good old-fashioned barbecue in Sacramento. The ribs have a nice smoky flavor, although they can sometimes be a bit too tender for my liking. The coleslaw is delicious, and while the Mac and cheese may not be the best, it still hits the spot. The new owner may not be as charismatic, but the burgers here are consistently fantastic and worth coming back for. The food is always on point, and the service is great. The daily dinner special, like the beef brisket on a roll, is always delicious with ample portions. The Memphis pulled pork sandwich was a standout for me, with flavorful meat and tasty BBQ beans on the side. The menu is easy to navigate, and the online display helped us make our choices. We enjoyed our meal, and although we wished for more dressing options, we would definitely return when we're back in town.
