I took a long break from Panera after being disappointed by their broccoli and cheese soup ingredients, but when Starbucks was closed today, I gave Panera another shot and actually enjoyed ordering through the kiosk without any drama. The teriyaki chicken bowl surprised me with its flavor, the Fuji apple salad is a winner, and the service at the South Mid Rivers Mall Drive location is always friendly and efficient, making it a reliable choice for a quick, tasty meal.

I've enjoyed Panera's offerings for years, but after a disappointing experience with their broccoli and cheese soup, I took a break from visiting. Today, I decided to give it another shot and was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the kiosk ordering system, which allowed me to quickly get a Teriyaki chicken bowl and a delicious Fuji apple salad, among other items. The friendly service and the inviting atmosphere made for a great experience, and I appreciate how the staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure a positive visit.
