Worst pizza delivery experience I have ever had. Called and tried to place the order based on an online special. Online $20--flier $23. After further discussion they said they would honor the $20 even though it was incorrect. After approximately 50 minutes still no pizza so we called and were told “It must be out because it is not here”. We only live 2 miles away so we waited, and waited. After another 15 minutes we called again and were told “It must be out because it is not here. Would you like me to call him?” Five minutes later the COLD pizza finally showed up. Later a call to the manager resulted with a resounding “I'm sorry we were short staffed.” I don't have a huge problem with a pizza delivery that takes an hour IF you tell me in advance and it shows up warm. If you can't provide the service that is promised tell me and I won't bother.
