They denied me service because my dog didn't have her service vest won't be going back

Ordered take out/ pick up and I was an hour past my pick up time before I got my food. They claimed their website gives you the time of pick up if there's only one order in the system. They also told me only 3 people were working take out. There are at least 15.cars waiting on their food. Seriously Chili's with covid and your business depending on take out??? Can't feel sorry for your restaurant and how covid has affected you when you don't run a smart
enough business to take advantage of the nights that people order out.
