The bakery at Soulard Market is absolutely incredible! I made a special trip to indulge in their focaccia bread and ended up with a garlic mozzarella and cheddar jalapeño loaf, along with a cherry cheese danish, a giant oatmeal raisin cookie, and a maple Cronut. The croissants are a must-try, flaky and buttery, and every bite of my treats was pure bliss, making this my favorite stop at the market.
